In 2012 Abby Pollack decided to make changes to in her life that would dramatically change her body. Abby was considered skinny with no real shape to her frame. She weighed a 140lbs, ate “random food”, and had oily, acne prone skin. What helped her transform was actually gaining weight. Check out her unbelievable journey.

In 2012 Abby was suffereing from eating disorders and was 20lbs underweight. Part of changing her body was changing the way she ate. Abby says she didn’t take any supplements and instead stopped being a vegan and added lean protein like egg whites and ground turkey to her diet. Changing her diet also supported her weight training.
