6 Tips on How to Have a Healthy Morning

I can’t decide if I’m a morning person. Yes, I wake up before the sun rises 4/5 weekday mornings and immediately head to the gym to lead cycling classes, so it sure sounds like I’m a morning person. But I think I’m just as much of a morning person as anyone can be. Despite teaching AM classes for the past 10 years, getting up before 6am is a constant struggle. I haven’t perfected my morning routine, but I sure have made it less painful.

1. Plan the Night Before:

Plan the Night Before

I don’t leave any details for the morning. The night before a morning workout, I set my full outfit on the couch, pack my bag if I’m going to be heading straight from the gym to the office, and have my coffee maker set to grind. If anything is left to be done in the morning, there’s a good chance it won’t happen.
